This landmark legislation, the first of its kind in the nation, provides a state sales tax incentive program for tourism development projects.
KENTUCKY TOURISM DEVELOPMENT LOAN PROGRAM
This program is in place to assist small tourism attractions obtain financing necessary for the development or expansion of small tourism attractions.
